When you contact us
We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess a connector request or help with setup. The form sends your name, email address, topic and message, together with any software or organisation details you provide, to Jiffi through Resend. Please don’t include passwords, API keys or business records in an enquiry.
We keep a minimal submission record to track delivery and prevent duplicate sends. It contains an identifier, a fingerprint of the submitted content, delivery status and timestamps, rather than the message text. Hashed email and network identifiers are used for abuse limits. Submission delivery records do not currently expire automatically. The email itself is held by our email provider and Jiffi’s mailbox under their retention settings.
Your account and workspace
Supabase Auth handles sign-up, sign-in, email confirmation and account recovery. MCP XYZ stores workspace membership, connection settings, access grants and operation history in its platform database.
Connected software and assistants
When you authorise a connection, MCP XYZ uses the credentials or tokens for that account to send permitted requests to the software provider. Results can be returned to the AI assistant you connect. Your provider and AI assistant also handle information under their own settings and policies. Choose access that fits the work, and check those services before sharing sensitive information.
Credentials and operation records
Stored provider credentials and saved operation inputs and results are encrypted. Requests are checked against workspace membership and connection permissions. We retain operation state and audit information so the service can show outcomes and avoid automatically replaying a change whose outcome is uncertain.
Where information is processed
The website and application run on Vercel. Account authentication is configured in Supabase’s Sydney region. The platform database is hosted by Neon in US East. Resend handles account and enquiry email. This is not an Australia-only data setup; connected software and AI services may process information in other locations.
Cookies
The application uses cookies for sign-in sessions, account recovery and authorisation. They help keep your session working and protect account actions.
Retention and deletion
Saved operation inputs and results are subject to the service’s payload-expiry process. Action identities, outcomes and audit records remain until workspace deletion. A workspace owner can delete the workspace when no provider request is being dispatched. This removes that workspace’s connections, credentials, grants and operation records, but does not delete the user account or records already held by the business software, an assistant or an email service.
Database backups have their own retention settings, so deleting active records does not immediately erase every backup.
Questions and requests
Contact Jiffi at jake@jiffi.co about this notice, account information, corrections or deletion requests. Tell us which workspace or enquiry your request concerns. Don’t email credentials.
